We carry an approximate one day supply of lobsters. If you know you want lobster, it's a good idea to call in advance to reserve your order, or better still, give us day's notice. We make every effort to insure we keep our lobster stock fresh, so we don't carry more than we know we need. If you want fresh picked lobster meat please also try to give advance notice.
